Xiao Yan is the third master of the Xiao Family, one of the three most influential family inside Wu Tan City. They have control over selling of medicines inside the city.

But, Na Lan Yan Ran came over to the Xiao house announcing break-up of the marriage contract and instead negotiated Xiao Yan for three boxes of the mighty Qi Pill Collection. The pill is to be used to achieve Qi Xuan 100% but if failure is met, it will lower down Dou Qi level. Furthermore, Na Lan Yan Ran asked the Xiao to leave the city in shame and disgrace in three years time.

A man not too old to look at but has long white hair wearing a white robe lined with purple edges appeared floating above him. Battle Through the Heavens is an original Chinese light novel written by Tian Can Tu Dou. It has been adapted into a Chinese manwha and in October 1, 2017, an Original Net Animation (ONA) has been released by Shanghai Foch Film Investment.
